L is for the way you look at me…O is for the only one I see…

I was watching a movie called Table for Three.  It was 100% better than what I thought it would be.  I’m not going to tell you the whole movie, just the little parts I think are worth sharing.  In the movie one guy says Love is nothing if you dont have to fight for it. Fighting is good for a relationship it helps you learn something about your partner.  I agree with these statements.  Love is not anything unless you fight to keep it alive and strong.  Love is like a baseball, football, basketball, or soccer game….in any of those games you have to work with your team to win the game.  You have to fight for the ball or for the first down, just like in love you have to fight to make it work.  you have to compromise. Relationships are give and take.  Alot of times its more give than take but in the end its worth it, if you love the person….God gave is son for us.  Jesus died on the cross for our sins so that you and i could live and LOVE.  Love your neighbor as yourself. Make sure that the person you love knows how much you do everyday.  Never go to bed upset always work out your problems.  And remember Jesus died for you, so live for Him.

if you want my body and you think im sexy…

I went to a exercise/bible study monday morning. It was just me and two other ladies, so it was nice to not have to worry about working out with guys. The lady who leads the whole thing is an amazing women. Anyway we were talking about Deuteronomy 7:6 “For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession.” And how that as girls we often feel that we are truely pretty if a boy likes us or notices us. And that is true if you remember in middle school it was all about fitting in and dressing like all the other girls and getting boys to notice you and ask you out. Well what the leader said was that it doesnt matter what guys think about you because you are God’s treasured possession and he made you the way he wanted you and to him you are beautiful. And that you should look your best for yourself and not worry about what others are thinking of you. My point is that we are God’s children and he created us in his image and that what others think of us should not be important. What is important is how we live for God and through God. Look pretty for yourself. And always remember that you are God’s treasured possessions.
